Diet and Weight Loss Counseling & Rates
If you’re confused about what type of diet to keep, you’re not alone. The endless stream of information available to us is incredible, and understanding it and knowing what pieces will best work with your unique body and life can be overwhelming. As a Certified Healing Diets Counselor I share with you some basic principles to follow which will cut through the confusion. You will be able to confidently use these resources for the rest of your life regardless of what the latest fads about food say. Whether you’re looking to do a cleansing program, heal from an illness, loose weight etc., I can share with you what I’ve learned over the years so that when it comes to your own body, you know what to do to take control of your health.
The human body is extremely resilient, and it knows what to do to heal itself, as long as it’s given the right environment. If we are armed with the proper tools, we can alter our environments and return to homeostasis rapidly.
Regardless of what your health goals are, in my opinion, they will be most likely realized and sustained through education. Bringing balance back into your body does not have to be an experience in suffering if we have knowledge.

Diet consultations can be done in person, over the phone, or via skype. We will discuss your goals and questions and tailor a plan based on your target objectives.
